3 items purchased on this order. 1 was poorly packaged and arrrived damaged, 1 was faulty and 1 was incorrect. I was asked to return the items using the cheapest shipping method I and submitted my return shipping receipt with tracking number and photos of the items in the return box. Now the seller refuses to refund my purchase and shipping costs until they receive the items.
The seller already accepted liability and instructed me to choose the cheapest return shipping method so I should not have to wait for the returned items to be delivered before they process my purchase refund.

18 weeks now and zero response.
You returned the goods? I don't live at that address anymore and have not lived there since January 2023.
This is a year and a half after the dispute. Why didn't you contact me to tell me that you were going to send a replacement?
