Thrift Store USA review: Entire work place

This place is very unhealthy, and negative. There is Drug/Alcohol use (On site), sexual misconduct, (Owner, and 2 Female Managers) there. The main female manager sells cookies etc that are infused with large amounts of marijuana to sell her employees. Employee's come in high on drugs (other than marijuana), and they still allow them to work. Employees have came in drunk, and just sent home, no write up, or discipline (Just do not do it again). Verbal/physical abuse (Heavy on the verbal). Managers making fun of employees, who have disorders. Lots of yelling, and cursing loud. (Managers dont just talk to you, they yell). The store has not been properly cleaned since 2020. Dust falls from above, you cannot breathe healthy. No compensation for time out, for incidents that happen at work. I have had severe rashes, from there, sinus issues alot, and also caught Mersa from there. (not clean). The public and employees bathroom only gets cleaned once a day (am). And lastly it is a fire harzard in the very back of the building, however the fire Marshall never checks back there.
