I'm getting a bit frustrated with the whole situation. I mean, it's been almost a month and I still haven't received my credit. I understand that technical issues can happen, but come on, it's been a while now.

Aside from that, I do have to say that the Therabody products themselves are pretty amazing. I purchased the Theragun Elite and it has been a game changer for my sore muscles. The different attachments make it easy to target specific areas and the varying speeds allow for a customized massage experience.

The battery life is also impressive, lasting for multiple uses before needing to be charged. The noise level is a bit loud, but it's not a deal breaker for me.

Overall, I would recommend the Therabody products, but just be aware that there may be some issues with customer service. Hopefully, they can get their technical issues sorted out soon.

I bought a Theraface from Therabody website in April as a birthday gift for my daughter. Therabody's Theragun is a pretty good product, but their customer service is just plain awful! I mean, seriously, they don't even have a phone number to call and the wait time for their online chat is over an hour! I had to wait that long just to return the carrying case that came with my Theragun. And to make matters worse, the website and link to return the case wasn't even working! I tried emailing them, but it's been over 4 days and I still haven't heard back from them.

Finally, when I did get someone on chat, they said they would process my request and that I would hear back from them shortly by email. But when I asked them how long "shortly" meant and how long the request would take, they just disconnected from the chat! Can you believe that?

Honestly, if you're thinking about buying the Theragun, I would recommend trying to purchase it from an actual Therabody storefront. Maybe you'll have better luck with their customer service there. But if you do decide to buy it online, just be prepared for some serious frustration and disappointment.

I was super excited to take advantage of the Black Friday promo on Therabody's website, theragun.com. I placed my order on Sunday, Nov 28th and everything seemed to go smoothly. However, I soon realized that I never received an order number. I was a bit confused and concerned, so I decided to give their customer service a call to inquire about my order. Unfortunately, they couldn't seem to find my order in their system. I was frustrated and worried that I had just wasted my money.

To make matters worse, I checked my credit card statement and saw that there was a pending charge from Therabody. I called their customer service again to try and figure out what was going on, but I felt like I was going in circles. They couldn't seem to give me a straight answer or solution to my problem. I even contacted my credit card company to see if they could drop the pending charge, but they couldn't do anything until it was no longer pending.

I have to say, this whole experience has been a nightmare. I'm really disappointed with the lack of customer service and communication from Therabody. If this is how they treat a potential customer, I can only imagine how they treat their regular customers. Needless to say, I won't be shopping with them again and will be looking for a competitor who values their customers more.

This company is not the best! I put in an order on November 30th and I was so excited to get my delivery today! Finally, right? But then I saw that it was being sent to Santa Cruz, California... I live in North Carolina! I checked my order address and it was correct, so I called to complain. Their "customer service" is more like "customer disservice" because I got hung up on by their employees multiple times when they couldn't figure out what was going on. One employee told me I could get a refund, but then I woke up the next day to an email saying I couldn't get a refund until I sent the product back to them. But I never even got the product! I've spent so many hours on hold and waiting for associates to help me, but they keep saying there's nothing they can do and they won't give me a refund. What the heck?! Don't waste your money on this company, go with someone else.
