MassageLuXe They keep taking my money every month, even though I tried to stop it online

They keep taking my money every month, even though I tried to stop it online. So, I went to the place in Fairview Heights and talked to the boss. He said he would stop it, but they took my money one more time. They said they would give me gift cards for the 10 times they took my money, but they sent them to me by text message. Then, they took my money again on the 19th. I went back and asked for my money back, but the boss said he couldn't do it.
