The Stratosphere Hotel review: Security/customer service caused damage to private property

On Wednesday, November 16, 2022, an individual in a wheelchair was escorted off of the property by security and caused severe damage to his electric wheelchair.

This person was donated this mobility to be able to socialize but upon running out of charge in the Stratosphere Casino security insisted he remove it. Being unable to do that because it had no charge, they drug it outside onto the sidewalk causing damage to the casing that holds the chargeable battery to the chair.

I am a concerned individual trying to help but I am not a wheelchair mechanic.

I think that the hotel should be accountable. Even when someone is asked to leave, should they have their personal property damaged? This wheelchair bound individual cannot possibly have been any kind of threat.
