Morning

As per the below query, we sent your office the below to assist us to track our parcel but we still have not received any feedback.

Since i cant track the parcel via your website, on tuesday i went to the post office harrismith and still with no help and was told the parcel is still not in South Africa but the information provided below and tracking number was sent by the seller from overseas.

Can your office please look into the matter and update us on the where about of the parcel.  thank you
