The Pool Factory review: Customer service ( 1 comment)

We purchased a Saltwater LX and love the pool. We had to get some replacement part for the pool and I looked up all the part # and placed the order. When I received the part 1 was incorrect. I looked up the part number I ordered and it was not the number I put in. Called and got the rudest man I have ever had to deal with. He made shore to tell me that I had ordered the wrong part. I gave him the number I had ordered and he said it was right, but that was not what I ordered. He keep telling me, that I was wrong. I told him the other number was not even close to what the number was. I said no I did not and he said yes you did. Now I have to pay to return and 25% restocking fee. What great customer Service! (RUDE)
