I've expressed to the property that I haven't had heat for two weeks along with other issues that were supposed to been fixed a month ago. The only solution they could come up with is giving me two heaters (for a 2-bedroom unit-1,005 sq ft.). I specifically expressed to them on several occasions that I cannot use them due to having a 14-month-old who's exploring his living space. It is a safety and health hazard. I went into the office to get an ETA on when the issue would be fixed, and the leasing agent expressed that it was already fixed. After expressing to her that it wasn't, she looked into the system and seen that it wasn't fixed (expressed that a part was needed). She couldn't even tell me when it would be in. They offered to give me another heater, again I expressed I couldn't use due to it being a safety and health hazard. The staff in the leasing office were very unprofessional and were no help in trying to resolve the issue. It is extremely an inconvenience that I have to gather clothes and stay with others just so me and my child can stay warm. I am paying too much money for rent to not be pleased with the many issues I am having. The weather is getting colder and colder, and I can't afford having a sick baby due to not having heat in my apartment.

Desired outcome: (only being able to stay until the heat stopped working- which is half of the month)to be moved to another unit (until the issue is fixed)provided with a new heating unit.
