This timeshare presentation plan, presented to me on February 21, 2022 by Danny Austin included numerous misrepresentations of fact, such as:

-- That Wyndham points (I am a Wyndham Vacation owner) were virtually worthless, and that some people were selling up to 1,000,000 points on the web for very little.

-- That the timeshare plan he was presenting was authored by RCI.

-- That part of the plan was a $2,000 fee to end my Wyndham vacation contract. I actually have 2 contracts, and Relief Consultants International has contacted me for additional payment of $2,000. Of course, I have access to RCI resorts through my Wyndham ownership.

-- That 33,500 RCI points was sufficient to reserve an average 1 bedroom condo. 33,500 RCI points is the total amount that this timeshare plan provides annually. Any points beyond 33,500 would have to be purchased at 1.5 cents per point.

-- The timeshare plan costed a total of $15,199, plus an annual participation fee of $249. All of this money paid for only 33,500 RCI points annually, plus the cancellation of 1 timeshare contract.

Desired outcome: Cancellation of the "Members Advantage Plan" plus reimbursement of $15,448.

I can add to these complaints. Park at Foxborough is a total timeshare resale SCAM attempting to take advantage of senior citizens looking to get rid of their timeshare maintenance fees. I attended one of their presentations that was full of lies.

They claim that you will get a zero percent no interest loan for 8 years to pay off their 'fees'. Instead they charge the full thing to your credit card and do not follow through with any of their promises. They will ask to see an existing card and charge that instead.

I attempted to cancel this transaction within 2 weeks of attending the presentation once I saw they charged my Visa. A dispute has been ongoing for 4 months now because they are fighting it.

They were notified in writing that I was cancelling, and I never paid the additional $2000 to a timeshare exit company. Instead of refunding my money, they are continuing to bill me for an RCI membership that does not exist. It was quickly cancelled when they tried to open it in my name.

They do not respond to any attempts to cancel the ongoing charges, nor do they explain the basis for keeping my money. They practically admitted it was all a scam the one time I did speak to them when I initially cancelled and claimed I only had 7 days to cancel, not 13. They were also very insulting and attempted to bully and threaten me when I cancelled.

The credit card company has been fighting this 4 months but cannot view it as fraud since I showed them my credit card when applying for the new loan. So it is a billing dispute.

BEWARE of this company!

I have a complaint about The park at Foxborough taking our money to take over a time share we wanted to get rid of but they did nothing. Although they took our money and opened 2 credit cards. Beware of this scam...they will tell you everything is going well until the 6 month window is clear and even if you report this to the cc company, they don't have to pay it back. This timeshare sales is a SCAM!

Shame on you for taking advantage of SENIOR CITIZENS. You will never hear from them by email or phone.
