I stayed at The Paris Hotel from 05/16/2023-05/19/2023. The shuttle drops you off at the back of the hotel, with no instructions as to where to check in or how to find the check-in desk. Once at the desk, I was told I could not check in until 4. p.m. Once I was checked in, I found the room to be dirty, hot and not what I would expect from a major hotel in Las Vegas. There are no blankets on the beds. The sheets and pillow cases are gray and not white. Sheets and pillow cases are usually this color when they are not washed appropriately and are very old. The pillows are not even the standard pillow size. They are small squares. The mattresses and the box spring had holes and the material was falling off-again showing it is very old. The so-called carpet was bald in many spaces. It was also dirty and stained. The bathrooms were never cleaned. There was mold in the shower (bottom of the door). Floors were never swept or mopped. There was dust all over the vanity in the bathroom. The bathroom has no ventilation so it is very hot. The pool hours are a joke. The pool itself was not inviting at all. The water was hot enough to boil pasta. I brought one of my own bed sheets from home and I laid on half of it and covered myself with the other half. I did not feel comfortable sleeping on a dingy and dirty bed which had no blanket. Your pictures online are deceiving. The room is extremely small. The whole hotel is in shambles. All the paint is chipped on the molding and the furniture. The bathroom in the hotel had walls that were falling apart as well as the tiles. The chandeliers had many broken parts on them as well. This is appalling. You lied, using enticing fake pictures to lure people into your disgusting hotel. I am requesting a full refund for all of the days I had to suffer. This was my daughters wedding week and The Paris Hotel ruined my entire stay. I would not even allow my dog to stay in one of your rooms. Oh and by the way the small refrigerator never worked.
