I am a regular customer and buy 2-3 16oz hazelnut lattes with extra espresso's three times a week. Generally it goes fine, but this time I was told that the punch card is only for 12 oz drinks. I pointed out the 16oz latte printed on the bottom of the card and the employee proceeded to gaslight me claiming that is not what it says. I do believe I can read, as can your other employees and this has never been a problem before. I asked if there was a policy change an was told that it was always this way. So have I been mis-lead, been lied to, or does this employee simply have an issue with me somehow. Ill be posting this experience on evey social media site I can. Unacceptable.

Desired outcome: i would like an apology, your employee to be educated in customer service, and informed that this is unacceptable conduct in the future. maybe some disciplinary action if this happens again.
