On Wednesday, at 11:55 am, the #1 train took about 100 people out of their way to 145th Street, because there was no proper announcement. When I got on the trsin the conductor merely said, next stop one something street, which sounded like 103 instead of 145. It would have been nice to know we were being taken miles out of our way. The MTA is responsible for peoples lives, and to trsnsport them in clear, safe, and timely manner

When this happens there should be a clearly different announcement than the usual. Like, this train is running express to 145th, you may take the downtown train across that will run local

It took me 30 minutes out of my way, where I could have just walked to 103 in 5 minutes. At least 100 people were transported miles out of their way without being told.

There are no signs posted on the 96 Street subway platfom, informing passengers that the #1 train will be skipping stops all the way from 96th street to 145. Taking me 45 minutes out of my way--from 103 and Broadway, where I could have walked in 5 minutes!

The conductor once again neglected to announce: "the next stop is 145!" It just would be nice to know before being taken miles out of my way!

There were no signs on the platform, and no announcement made over the loudspeaker or on the 2 and 3 express trains.

The only sign was inside the ticket booth outside of the subway, which is only useful if you are passing the booth. Not for inside the subway, or for the other entrance at 96.

Also, this seems to be the only place to place a complaint regarding the MTA?

There should be a complaint and rating board for feedback directly on the MTA website!
