The Mountain's website, themountain.com, is the bees knees. They have loads of cool shirts and a heap of other stuff too. I was totally stoked with how quickly my stuff arrived, and let me tell you, the shirts are marvy! They are top quality and wash up really well. The trick is to wash them in cold water and hang them out to dry- don't chuck them in the dryer! This online store is definitely worth checking out if you're on the hunt for some rad threads.

Nah man, I gotta say, I ain't too impressed with The Mountain (themountain.com). I placed an order for five pieces way back on October 31st, and it's already December 12th and still no word on my package. I mean, they was saying on their site that they'd ship it out within 10 days, but it's already been 42! What's up with that?

But here's the thing, even if they did finally send out my stuff, I ain't sure it'd be worth the wait. I ain't one to complain too much, but I gotta say, the prices on this site are pretty steep compared to some other places I've checked out. And to be honest, I ain't even sure the quality is all that great. I seen some pictures of the clothes and they look alright, but I ain't seen them in person so I ain't too sure.

I gotta give it to them though, their selection is pretty decent. They got all kinds of stuff on there, from animal shirts to fantasy gear to patriotic stuff. So if you're into that kind of thing, it's worth checking out. But for me, I don't think I'll be ordering from them again anytime soon. I mean, if it takes this long to get my stuff and I ain't even sure I'll like it all that much, why bother?

I gotta tell you folks, I'm not too impressed with The Mountain (themountain.com). I was super stoked to order some sweet gear from them, but it's been quite a hassle. I mean, it's been over two weeks and I haven't seen hide nor hair of my order. And get this - no tracking info or updates whatsoever! I've shot off 3 emails and even left a voice message, but I haven't heard a peep back. It's totally bogus, man.

I'm starting to get pretty steamed about it all. I mean, what kind of company doesn't even respond to customers? That's just plain rude. If I don't see some tracking info real soon-like, I'm gonna have to call in the big guns. Yeah, you know who I'm talking about - I'll have to get my credit card company involved and have them reverse the charges. It's not something I really want to do, but hey, I've got to protect myself.

All in all, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with The Mountain. I mean, cool gear is great and all, but you gotta have some customer service to back it up. Hopefully they'll get their act together and start treating people right.

So, I went on The Mountain website to order myself a cozy hoodie on December 16th 2021. It's been two whole months since then, and the site has been telling me my order is backordered, but that it'll be on the way soon. I thought, okay, let's give them the benefit of the doubt and see if it'll be worth the wait. But just recently, I received an email that shook me to my core. It turns out, I won't be receiving my order at all, and worse yet, they're only giving me a store credit that's less than the amount of money I originally spent on my purchase.

I am not happy, to say the least. This has got to be some of the worst customer service I have ever come across. It is just downright disrespectful to treat your customers this way. It's like they just took my money and ran off with it. I feel so ripped off and taken advantage of.

Honestly, if I were you, I would steer clear from The Mountain. Don't waste your time or money on this site unless you want to be treated like crap.

So, I been waitin' for my order from The Mountain, ya know, them themountain.com folks, for a whole month now. Ain't that somethin'? And on the day I ordered, I sent 'em an email 'bout my coupon not workin' but ain't got not one reply yet. And it's like I already paid for it but my order ain't comin' through, even after SEVERAL attempts. Ain't got no answers from them. I even filed a paypal claim two weeks ago, and still ain't heard back from nobody. This all smells a bit fishy to me. It's like they're still takin' orders and tryin' to get as much money as they can before they bail out on us. Just sayin', y'all better watch out and be careful. Don't want y'all to fall into the same trap I did. BUYER BEWARE!

I gotta say, I was hyped to order from The Mountain, I had heard about their cool shirts and I wanted to be part of the club. I ordered three shirts and can you believe it? Only two got shipped, no word on the third one. I checked the order status and all it said was "Order Partially Fulfilled". Not cool man.

I then tried to email customer service and they got an auto-response saying "1 to 2 business day reply time". Well, guess what? Three business days later and still no response. I was getting frustrated and starting to feel ignored. So I updated my claim from information request to "Cancel remaining order and refund".

Finally got a response, But imagine my surprise when they ignored my refund request and instead said, "Check with the warehouse and get back to me". What? That's not what I asked for. I replied back demanding the refund they seem to be resisting. I mean what's the problem here?

On the bright side, the shirts I did receive were great, fine quality, I must say. However, Customer Service sucks though, be cautious as all heck.

Got my own little shop and was waiting to be OKed as a wholesaler for The Mountain, so I picked up some items that I could get in before Christmas. One of the mugs I got came in busted up and I already had somebody lined up who wanted to buy it because I showed them pics of what was gonna come in. I rang up The Mountain and let them know that I wanted a replacement for that mug. But then 6 weeks went by and nothing! No call back, no email, no nothin'. When I finally got something from them, it was a random brown T-shirt. I gave 'em another buzz to see what was goin' on and to try to get my replacement, but still no word back. If they treat retail customers like this, then I ain't interested in buyin' anything from them wholesale. Their merchandise is fine, mediocre at best, and when it comes to wholesale, it's barely discounted at all. I'd have to sell those tees for $48 bucks each and that's only half of what I usually make per item. It's just not worth it, especially with the horrendous service that you get for that price tag.
