The Lottery Centre review: Cold calling

I wish to file a complaint about lc services otherwise known as the lottery centre who continually cold call and harass existing players to play more games and part with "large" sums of money once an existing clients games have ended they never call to say you have won money but like to take it away from you. They have a call centre in canada and payment collection centre in holland. They really need to change their practices and be held accountable for many thousands they take from players and give little/ or nothing back in terms of prize money. If they are serious about longterm players winning after years of fail they would offer systematic game play where more numbers are chosen than the standard game play numbers enabling more number combos so that an existing client is certain to win some form of prize money and have better chances at grand prize money. However their aim is to profit and take money away rather give anything back, I hope someone can help out on this. Thank you.
