This fine and upstanding man has been diligent throughout and has now been successful in having his appeal against conviction listed for a hearing at the Court of Appeal in 2020 before the three judges.
This case was thwart with malfeasance from Hammersmith and Fulham police.
These negative posts are further attempts to blacken the good name of a decorated entrepreneur.

Darren Bolger in nothing but a crook. Setting up a dodgy charity called Justice on Appeal in 2010 to assist his brothers Brian & Jason who are serving a life sentence for murder. Brian has been released whilst Jason is still in jail. A week court case turned into a month and had to fly people in from O/S to give evidence. He stole of 250K of peoples moneies.

I see yet another attempt to damage this honourable man's excellent reputation. If you really do have a complaint, why don't you do the usual and write to Mr. Bolger rather than to slant his character.
You might not be aware but The Home Club that you refer to has a Chairman of the most respected level in Lord Michael Buckmaster-Brown who has endorsed the character of Mr. Darren Bolger both personally and in business. Lord Buckmaster-Brown has in addition become the Chairman of The Home Club who's Managing Director is an equally respected entrepreneur, namely Russell Dalgleish.
I wonder if before setting out to intentionally damage a man of excellent character, you think about the consequences as your behavior is both inconsiderate and false.
If you really do have a complaint why have you not gone to court and proven it, then post that as fact, rather than to hide behind online platforms ranting about non-factual and damaging material.

I hope that you come to your senses and give it up as you will note from the links above (so many of them in fact) that the Mr. Darren Bolger you are damaging is a highly regarded and exceptional pillar of the community and has been decorated for such by the Mayor of Wandsworth in 2015 for services to Construction, Apprenticeships and Charity.
If I know anything of Mr Bolger, he will look to question you on your defamatory claims which might not prove to be helpful to your reputation. Then, according to your post, I doubt if you have one!
