I ordered a candle from this company and it has now been 3 weeks with delivery the following week. It was a part of another purchase because I did it on Etsy. This Jeanne person after I asked for help stated she wasn’t go to do nothing about it. It was the post office problem she didn’t care what happens to the customer. After I tried to get her to care she kept going on how successful she is and blah blah blah one person wasn’t going to make a difference. If I have to cancel the whole entire order it’s going to directly affect the other company. Then she started harassing me with several messages she needs to be closed down.
Desired outcome: The refund of the purchase so I don’t affect the good company since I got that order. Amount 32.18
