I am an owner at Park Lane Town Homes in La Mesa. As part an owner I make consistent on time payments to the HOA and do not notice any management happening on site of the property. The trashcans consistently are overflowing and they do not have locks, the hinges are broken to the point that they cannot hold the door shut leaving trash doors blocking numbered parking spaces. There is a level of fear of attitude from our Helm management rep, and any time I have made an effort to reach out directly I fees excessively disregarded.
