The Grand Beach Inn review: Hotel visit

On July 12 & 13 we stayed at The Grand Beach Inn for a 2 night stay. They charged us an extra $225.00 fee. They are accusing us of smoking marijuana in our room which we did not! If they had suspected that we were smoking in our room then they should have notified us personally and not just take a housekeepers word for it. I believe they have the wrong room! We are not smokers and for them to charge my credit card without notifying me is unacceptable! We were pleased with our accommodations and I did not notice the charge of extra charge of $225.00 until I returned home. I reserved this room on March 1, 2022 and was charged a $224.65 deposit a balance of $225.00 due upon arrival. This is unacceptable charge. I spoke with the front desk clerk twice and he said he would pass this along to the manage and he was to call me back.
