The Federal Savings Bank review: Telephone and text harassment

The Federal Savings Bank consistently called me or texted me every two weeks to solicit my business for refinance. What made this more frustrating is the calls started the day I closed on a refinance with the Federal Savings Bank and continued even after I made an appointment to speak with a Senior Vice President when my loan was "seasoned" and I was eligible to refinance. I have repeatedly told them I wished to opt out of further business with them because I felt treated poorly. I continue to receive multiple calls asking for my business again. I received two back-to-back calls today after requesting to be placed on the opt out list again. The Federal Savings Bank's cold call system is flawed, and I am tired of the pressure calls after opting out multiple times.
