The Courier Guy review: Complaint

Shipped a parcel on Tuesday from Belfast (collected at 16:45) to go all the way to Beaulieu (Witpoort, Kyalami). It is now 14:16 on Friday, and the parcel according to the Courier Guy is lying in Middleburg. Courier Guy says it will be shipped via early bird on Saturday. This is no acceptable. The package contains a dress to be worn by a woman to her daughters WEDDING on Saturday afternoon in Dullstroom. She needs to be there at 9:30 Saturday (leaving Witpoort at 5:00 AM). Alterations need to be done to the dress, so early bird wont help.
