Genita M. Mason (or Genita Petralli or Genita Mason) is NOT a qualified doctor or homeopath. She has NO degrees. Make sure to ask her to provide proof if she tries to say she is "trained". She has scammed thousands of dollars from past patients ($5, 000 to $30, 000) and is linked to the Scientology cult (they even gave her an award). She will ask you to "wire" the money so there is no proof of paid services if you want to sue her. Plus, she operates out of places like Costa Rica and Mexico where she can not be sued as she is not on United States territory. Google her name: Genita Mason or Genita Petralli- she changes her name to avoid being detected for past crimes. You will see a list of complaints. Anyone can wear a white lab coat and stand next to detox machines in photos and on YouTube to look official. Many have tried to sue her but she only posts a toll-free-number- no official business phone number- which is another red flag that it is a scam.
She also posts great reviews about herself using fake names and fake blogs/websites. We have repeatedly asked Genita for her business telephone number and business address so our lawyers can sue her for malpractice but she has yet to provide it. Instead she only lists a toll-free-number on her website (The Bio Sanctuary and also The Ozone Treatment Center http://ozonetreatmentcenter.com/blog/). If you call this toll-free number you will reach an answering machine. We are eagerly waiting for her lawyers to contact us so we can get a refund but not one person has heard from her lawyers since she first started her scam. So strange as she has our contact information.

It is amazing to see all the ways that Genita M. Mason (Petralli) will try to scam vulnerable people for their money.
She has changed the name of her center at least 5 times:
Shangrila Bio Spa
Shangrila Bio Spa & Resort,
Biosanctuary or The Bio Sanctuary
The Bio Sanctuary ~ Orthomolecular Medical Clinic
The Arc Ozone Treatment Center
to avoid fraud/malpractice charges.
(There is also her Shangri-La Organic Health Spa & Clinic,
Santa Cruz's Green Mental Health Care Day,
Green Body & Mind - all scams.)

This lady is NOT a qualified "medical doctor" or homeopath.
She has NO degrees.
Make sure to ask her to provide proof if she tries to say she is "trained".
Ask her where she got her so-called "Nutritional Biochemist & Orthomolecular Neurochemical Rehabilitation Specialist" degree. Then double-check to make sure she actually graduated. You will be surprised to discover that she is not qualified.
She likes to boast that she has medical and "celebrity" endorsements.
Really? Who are they?

She has scammed thousands of dollars from past patients ($5, 000 to $30, 000) and the "Human Rights Award" she received is from the Scientology cult (also known as CCHR). She will ask you to "wire" the money so there is no proof of paid services if you want to sue her. Plus, she operates out of places like Costa Rica and Mexico where she can not be sued as she is not on United States territory.
Google her name: Genita Mason, Genita M. Mason or Genita Petralli- she changes her name to avoid being detected for past scams. You will see a list of complaints.
Anyone can wear a white lab coat and use microscopes and self-made detox machines to look official. Many have tried to sue her but she will not give her business address and only posts a toll-free-number on her websites which is another red flag that it is a scam.
She is also known for posting fake blogs and reviews about herself under fake names so that it looks like she has "happy customers".

I was a “client” at Genita’s “Biosanctuary” for the week of December 4-11, 2021. After paying 6000.00 for the “session” I now suffer from out of balance microbiome. I got extremely sick while there. I was unable to even walk the first few days. Genita ragged on us that we were the most toxic people she’s ever seen while rooting and boasting about her supposedly million-dollar education while working at NBC in Hollywood. I swear she’s got the biggest ego for such a small lady! She’s rude and obnoxious. I see she calls herself a minister also. 🙄 and she boasts about being an empath. I’m sure she doesn’t know what one is!
She never did the one-on-one hour-long consult she promised us, and never sent home a personalized protocol as promised.
I would be very careful about going there. She takes advantage of sick people who are willing to spend lots of money to get well.

Do not go to this MedSpa. I booked a week program and almost died after the owner Genita Mason gave me Calcium Hypochlorite capsules to take. She told me they were “calcium” capsules. I ended up in the hospital for a week with a burnt mouth, esophagus, stomach, and intestines. Calcium Hypochlorite is NOT for human consumption and should only be used in swimming pools or water treatment plants. I was told to take two capsules prior to coming into my morning treatment. Genita did not want me to go to the hospital but to stay at her facility and drink juice. She has never called to check on me or cares what happens to clients. She takes advantage of sick people who pay a lot of money for her “treatment.” She does not have a degree and uses a Doctor out of Louisiana to order labs for clients which is illegal in the USA. I did not know Genita’s full name until after my hospitalization from injures I received after taking her “protocol .” Genita actually uses two different last names and has run her business under many different names in CA, AZ, Mexico, and Costa Rica. Look her up on complaint boards you will be shocked. If only I knew then what I know now I would never have gone to her facility. All your “awards” that you claim you have were awarded to you by the church of Scientology! Really you should be in jail! You need to be out of business and stop taking money from people who are so sick they would do anything to get well. Genita Mason medspa goes by the name Hill Country Bio Medspa Or Hill Country 03 Spa. The "spa' address is 896 Summit St. Suite 105, Round Rock, TX.

This is the Dr. she uses to order labs in Texas.
