The Bath Authority review: If you like being screamed at by a stranger in your own home, definitely call this company

I called this company to get a price estimate for a shower replacement project. I scheduled my appointment and the salesman came out to my home. The first 30 minutes of the visit were spent telling me about how wonderful the company is and how great the products are. The next 30 minutes were spent telling me all about the install process and how it can be done in one day. Then after an hour of him being there, he finally went into the bathroom to get some measurements. I then selected a couple of samples and he was able to generate my estimate. The original estimate he offered was $14K, which quickly dropped to $11K (with my partner doing the tear out).
He then started to pressure us both, hard. He wanted us to sign contract and put down a payment right then and there. I told him I would not be doing that and wanted to take some time to think over the offer. He pressed and asked repeatedly what it would take for me to commit, what was the barrier, if I had any other offers.
When I would not relent, he became ANGRY! I mean visibly angry and raised his voice at us. When he learned that I had already gotten an estimate from a competitor, he accused me of being a liar and screamed at me repeatedly, " I cant stand a liar!, You lied to me!" Then we asked him to leave. He snatched his tile samples back, gathered up his belongings, all while continuing to scream at me "You're rude!" and how much he hated liars. He then told us "Do NOT call our company!" I had to ask him a second time to leave my home.
I'd prefer to NOT be verbally abused but if you do like that, please call this company.
