Texas Utiliy Help review: Utility assistance

I am a 1099 employee and they refuse to accept my paystubs.
I assume they use a formula to calculate income and if your pay method does not fall in the 40/wk/hourly pay then they just deny you and say you make too much.
My employer has been around for 150 years and the paystubs are logical, proper format. I uploaded a word doc explaining how I get paid despite it being perfectly clear on the paystubs and they still denied the case stating that I make 5 times more than I do because they have to force your income into the formula they use.
There are many types of legitimate employment in this country and the current system is blocking many in need simply because of an old mode of thinking.
Its inaccurate and illogical and I don't want this kind of record in my name because it is incorrect.
