Texas Solar Company review: Failure to complete installation and good leaf has paid the company

On August 1, 2022, Texas Solar Company installed Solar Panels on my house and said that they were waiting for Atmos to inspect and approve. The salesman stopped answering my phone calls after a month or so. Here it is January 2023 and I'm for solar panels that's not providing power to my resident and still paying TXU for electric bill. I have called the company several times a day for the las t 3 months and have left messages and still no response. My hands are tied and I don't know what to do.
