this guys were the most unproffesional guys i've ever had on a rig. Nobody in there crew seemed to have any idea what they were doing, they thought their inspection took precedence over all other work, the one guy there who seemed to know what he was doing spent his entire day on the internet then their boss or one of there owners or something came out and every single time he opened his mouth made a fool of himself when they finally left we all agreed never to allow them near or rig or crews agian and i reccomend you don't either.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Pete Runco and his criminal wife along with Tim Page are all con artists! Tim and Pete both had preyed on new tenders from school knowing that they would f*** them any way they could, . Nether Tim Page or Pete Runco are even divers, both are 3rd class tenders. Carol Scalia is the money and Pete is the con. They would re write employees tax documents and then funnel the money into their pockets.
Sales force, the punk Runco would hire new tenders and then con them into selling for Tex Dive with a 20% commission which he never paid. As of now he owes me 6K from back wages. I was sent a bad check for partial payment and have yet to recover any funds. He is now in bankruptcy and once being protected .

Monica Navarro was also in on the criminal activity as she is the one who changed every ones W-2's. We all need to file a class action suit. Carol Scalia(Runco) is estimated at having three million from her dead jew husbands estate! Also his kids knew about the non payments also, they are not young! Time to take that fukkers go karts from him!
Just a short update to all of us whom feel the same way and have been ripped off by The Runco's. I have sent a letter the the Texas Attorney General asking that they look into Mr. Runco and his businesses. If we all send a letter with this site as an example of his doings, then maybe something will be done. They need to go to prison! Anyone want to join me to get this done?
Beware ALL! The company cannot pay their employees or their taxes. I too filed a wage claim and it is currently in collections. Pete Runco needs to go back to jail as this is the place where he will not be able to cheat any one else. This man and his wife are BOTH con artists. No one should feel for Mrs. Runco because she is as much of an equal criminal. Feel sorry for his children and pray they wake up day and realize that their father is a loser. All I can say is what goes around comes around.
I feel for you..I worked for this man for sometime and I thought I was part of the family. He stayed owing me and many others thousands of dollars and would yell at us to get people to either loan him equipment or move his equipment with no money down and then dodge them to never pay. This company has been a joke whoever wore the shortest skirt got Mr. Runco's attention and became his right hand. I feel for Mrs. Runco that in all this was going on right under her nose and never questioned him. This man is a bully, treats people like trash and is the biggest con artist I have ever met. He preys on the young and vulverable and makes them believe he can give them the world. I am lucky I got out when I did. Now he has divers right out of dive school helping him run a go kart shop in Houston, Texas. Kart Runco is his new game...Good luck to all...
Please don't send anyone to go work for Texdive in Houston, TX. They are a big scam. They have not paid me or about 10-15 other guys that have done work for them ranging from 3 weeks to 2 months worth of work if not more. They are preying on new Tenders that just graduate from school. I have filed a wage claim through the Texas Workforce Commission and also try calling Texdive about the issue and they don't seem like they care at all about what they are doing to people. This is just a heads up for everyone so that you don't get screwed over like all of us.
I too Moved some Truckloads for Mr Runco and he has ducked all my calls. I dropped in to visit him and he promised a check the following week and there was none. After that I could not get a hold of him. I see now that I was scammed and he had no intention on paying. I did a BBB Report and that did get his attention. He said he'd pay me if I remove it which I disagreed and told him "I need to see complete payment 1st". He said he's not paying then. I doubt he'd pay anyways after all the comments I see on him. This guy is a fraud. I better hurry up and get in line for small claims court and to put a lien on his property.
I am a trucking company and he owes me money because my driver took a private check instead of a certified or a wire payment up until this load he did a wire direct to the bank ether with a credit card or direct out of his account but I will have one up on him I will load his next load not deliver until both are paid or I will legal take the equipment and sell it .
We have done business with Texas Professional Divers (TexDiv) and have not been paid. I have also found that he owes several businesses for supplies and parts (totaling more that $40K to one company alone) and he has also stiffed his own employees for back pay of at least 2 months or more in pay. We have all gotten the run around from his office staff (as directed by Pete Runco or "Mr. Pete") and we are not able to talk with him. He is a con man, a bully and a thief. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN OR HIS COMPANY!
Texdive should be looked into by the Texas BBB, OSHA, and any dept that deals with fraud in the state of Texas.
