I called multiple times, I emailed twice, I received an email confirmation nearly a week ago for my order for my mother. The delivery date was supposed to be today, and no response on any form of communication. Then I get this pathetic and ridiculous reason and text this morning, the day of delivery “ Hi, This is Amira from Terry's Florist. I'm calling regarding your order for Nana Brenda. Unfortunately, we won't be able to fill your order because we are having a technical glitch right now. So the best thing that we could do for you right now is to refund your order, and please expect the money back to your account within 24 hours or depending on your bank's time frame. We will send an email confirmation as soon as we processed your refund. Sorry again for this and thank you so much for understanding. For questions you can call us back at [protected]. Thank you.”

Are you kidding me right now? You’re a florist, how is there a technical glitch? Really people? You do not deserve to be in business handling your customers like this. You didn’t even have the professionalism or courtesy to email or call. A half [censored] text that is clearly BS on the day of, so now even though you’ve had my money for the past 6 days, and would have allowed me ample time to find a real vendor who does what their website claims, instead you wait until the last minute so now my money is gone until you decide to give it back, my mother won’t get flowers for Mother’s Day and all you had to do was send a sketchy text message acting like “oh well””. You should be ashamed of yourselves! This is absolutely absurd and unacceptable. I demand a human being call me to tell me the actual “glitch” reason why a florist who has the budget to advertise all over the website, send me multiple marketing text messages and emails thinks it is ok to drop the ball on the day of the delivery. This is easily the worst customer service and experience I have ever experienced. You state on your own website that you “always have on time delivery” you need to add, unless of course we ignore your order for a week and then say a glitch came up on the day it is supposed to be delivered! You can absolutely count on this experience being on yelp, yahoo, bing, google, the better business bureau and any other way I can help educate the public in the sham that is your BS “business “. You should do all the sad sins and daughters out there a favor and don’t advertise how great you are because it is all clearly a lie!

Desired outcome: My entire order around $75-$80 after taxes and fees my confirmation number is below tr-<span class="replace-code" title="This information is only accessible to verified representatives of company">[protected]</span>
