or Mint for free. The Telikin is marketed towards seniors, but it's not user-friendly at all. The interface is clunky and confusing, and the touch screen is unresponsive. The customer service is also terrible, with long wait times and unhelpful representatives. Save your money and look elsewhere for a computer that actually works.

So my mom got this thing called Telikin from telikin.com, but it was too big for her table so she wanted to return it. I helped her pack it up and send it back, but then I called them to let them know that my mom is 89 and has dementia and doesn't have wi-fi, so she didn't need the laptop they were trying to send her. But they said she wanted it, so they sent it anyway.

Now it's been 3 months and Telikin keeps calling my mom asking for more money on top of the $170.00, $49.99, $19.99, and $19.99 they already took out of her account. But my mom told them she doesn't have a computer that works, just an old visa one that she hasn't seen in ages. I don't even know if they sent her the laptop or where it is if they did.

I had to close the credit card account she used because of this mess. I've been trying to call Telikin to get this sorted out, but the only line that gets answered is the sales line. They just transfer me to support, but no one ever answers. So if you're thinking about buying from Telikin, be careful.

I recently had an experience with Telikin, and I have to say, it was not a positive one. My mother-in-law had purchased a WOW computer from them before she passed away, and I was shocked to find out that Telikin and WOW are actually the same company. I feel like they are trying to deceive people by having two different names.

The computer itself is not worth the price they are charging. It's basically just a Chromebook, but they are charging a lot more for it. I was also disappointed to find out that you have to purchase an access plan in order to use the computer. This means that you have to pay a monthly fee just to use the computer. And if you stop paying, the computer becomes useless.

When I gave them my credit card information, I didn't realize that I was agreeing to lease their software for an unlimited period of time. And to make matters worse, it's nonrefundable. I feel like they are taking advantage of seniors by advertising in magazines like Good Old Days. It's a complete scam.
