Every week our checks were off by HUNDREDS of dollars. If you were smart enough to keep track of your own payroll then you would have to show them proof and they would give you some stupid ### explanation then pay you the rest in a couple of days. The Fresno manager, Ramzy Mohamed, had only 3 months of experience as a salesman for Comcast before they promoted him to General Manager! The damn guy did a year in State Prison for crying out loud! But they didn't wanna give a guy that had 8 years of experience and worked for Comcast in three different states the job! They are way unorganized and have daily meetings in fast food parking lots! Now how ghetto is that. When my buddy, the guy with 8yrs experience left they paid him only $162 for 15 customer sales! thats a 1, 000 check he should have had. That is how the company is. Please, if you are thinking about doing it or some guy is trying to recruit you, say no thanks. I am not trying to lie to anybody, this is all true and really did happen in 2010. I now work for their direct competitors, DMI. I will be totally honest with you. They pay a little bit less but they are way organized, actually give you WRITTEN literature to study, have an actual training program, a real office, and they give cool gifts to people that do well. Since the short time that i've been with them they have given people ipods, ipads, $300, $900, and they gave away Fresno State football tickets two weeks in a row. Oh yea and no meetings in fast food parking lots!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
No payment for services
Team Winmark does not pay its employees and is a complete scam. If you quit or are let go they do not pay you what you are owed. The only thing you can count on with this company IS NOT GETTING PAID. Every week its excuse after excuse. When is team Winmark going to stop being a scam??

I completely disagree with this complaint as well. This seems like slander against Teamwinmark for DMI...Really?
Both companies are contracting companies for cable, etc. and are in some of the markets. So it seams sir, by my biased opinion... Teamwinmark trained you and the DMI stole you? Is that correct?
Anyway - Good Luck! It's a small contracting world out there...be careful!
I also completely disagree with this complaint. I know that Team Winamrk employes hundres of people in California and by seeing that there is only one complaint like this it sounds more like an ex employee not sharing all the facts.
This company has stolen so much money off the desperate. There are so many reps that are owned money. Freddy and Brad deserve to be in jail. They will get their due. They have been operating a crooked company for many years.
I also disagree with this complaint. I have also worked for teamwinmark. I found them over a year ago. Before o worked for this company, I was making minimum wage and was struggling just to make rent. Now, thanks to teamwinmark, I don't worry about that anymore, and am able to provide for my family while living comfortably. I have even been able to take my family on much needed vacations.
Totally false allegation. There are thousands of people who make a living working for Teamwinmark and they love working for the company. Many have grown rapidly and made a successful career for themselves and stability for their families.
