T&E Concrete review: Horrible Employer

I Worked for T & E Concrete for 1 1/2 years and in that time the working conditions are the worst. The Boss Tom is a Slave driver we would barely get a 30 min lunch and there are no breaks even though we work outside in the sun. And let's not mention the fact that I have witnessed several employees getting high while on the job. I kept my job because I have a family to feed and bills to pay. But if I was to tell the boss he would not do anything. And when it came time to get our W2's he messed mine up completely and I can't use it to file my taxes because he took to much Social Security out and he has been made aware that the IRS has rejected my forms and this has to be fixed but he refuses to fix it because he owes me money. This by far is the worst place to work for yet. And then I Was fired for something I didnt even do.
