I recently had an experience with TCY Online and I must say, it was not a pleasant one. The work culture at this company is something that needs to be addressed. As an employee, I had to deal with multiple bosses giving me orders at the same time. It was quite overwhelming and made it difficult for me to focus on my work.

Moreover, the working hours were extremely long. I had to work for more than 12 hours a day, which was quite exhausting. Although they paid me on time, they deducted a lot of fines from my salary. For instance, if I took a 35-minute lunch break instead of 30 minutes, they would fine me 500 Rs. If I attended a personal call during work hours, I would be fined 500 Rs as well. Even if I was a minute late, they would cut half of my per day salary. It was quite frustrating.

To make matters worse, they would fine me for the smallest of things. If I forgot something in the pantry, they would put a fine on it or throw it away. It was quite demotivating to work in such an environment. In fact, none of my colleagues in my batch received their full salary due to the fines.

Like, seriously, they charged an employee 5k rupees just for listenin' to a phone call during work hours. And another employee got fined for fallin' asleep at their desk 'cause they were sick. That's just messed up, man. And if ya don't show up before 8.45, you're gonna get fined too. And get this - if ya accidentally leave somethin' in the pantry, they'll just throw it in the bin. Like, what kind of rule is that? It's like they're runnin' a jail or somethin'.

And if you're a client, well, they ain't much better. They'll sell ya old placement papers from government exams and call 'em new test papers. And ya know what? Ya coulda just gotten those papers for free from the internet. And they'll straight-up lie to investors and buyers without even feelin' guilty about it.

Overall, I'd say stay away from TCY Online. It's just not worth the trouble.
