TCM Law Group - forged court order thomas michaelides las vegas

Thomas Michaelides, TCM_Law_Group, Las Vegas, recent court papers filed in Las Vegas court show Thomas Michaelides defrauded the court when a forged court order was sent to Google demanding the removal of links critical of TCM_Law_Group.

Some of the posts call out Thomas Michaelides and his horrific past as an attorney such as allowing his paralegal to work as an attorney who was arrested for the unlawful practice of law, Thomas Michaelides was sued twice for legal malpractice, and had been suspended by the State Bar of Nevada three times.

Now, Las Vegas attorney Thomas Michaelides has to deal with another issue - federal and state law enforcement are looking at his forgery since forging the clerk's seal and judge's signature is a violation of both state and federal law. Specifically,

18 USCS § 505: Whoever forges the signature of any judge, register, or other officer of any court of the United States, or of any Territory thereof, or forges or counterfeits the seal of any such court, or knowingly concurs in using any such forged or counterfeit signature or seal, for the purpose of authenticating any proceeding or document, or tenders in evidence any such proceeding or document with a false or counterfeit signature of any such judge, register, or other officer, or a false or counterfeit seal of the court, subscribed or attached thereto, knowing such signature or seal to be false or counterfeit, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both. (emphasis added)

It is unfortunate, you failed to read the decision of the State Bar of Nevada, https://nvbar.org/wp-content/uploads/Michaelides-Thomas-2022.02.18-Order-of-Suspension.pdf or the Chief Judge of the US District Court when she terminated his practice in federal court, https://cases.justia.com/federal/district-courts/nevada/nvdce/2:2018cv00364/129151/19/0.pdf?ts=1679474389

Thomas Michaelides admitted a forged court order was sent to Google to remove negative posts. Plain and simple.

May I ask why you have yet to take these erroneous charges against Mr. Michaelides down? As it's fine if you want to protect consumers, but have you looked at the whole of his career (?), when two (2), as I have already written, all the due diligence that I was able to perform has found that this man - who I have no contact with and would be glad to swear upon under oath - in no way did the things you allege.

These charges against Mr. Michaelides are nonsense; were made up by jealous opposing counsel and their lack of merit has totally been shown!
