The J K Harris Company advertises that they will work with the IRS to negotiate and settle any outstanding back taxes someone owes . This company took $4500 from me and did nothing. In 2005' I went to the H & R BLOCK OFFICE * in Gainesville, Florida in the Publix shopping plaza to file my personal taxes. The H & R BLOCK Employee punched the wrong key while typing up my return.
