My name is Bill Henricks and I worked for TRC tax Resolution Center for an old fat man named *** Richard Codron and his sidekick Kip Sharp who claims to have attended the University of Chicago Law School".
It was the worst sweat shop in the history of boiler rooms/. Five of us squeezed in a 4 by 8 room and *** coughing and vomiting on his employees all day long.. Subjected to constant jokes about Asian prostitutes and women and about how his horses are neglected at his run down barn!.
Coffee made from toilet water was always a treat, as well as the stench of the toilet reeking throughout the room!.
You should see the list of dirt that *** Codron maintains on all these Tax Resolution companies like Omni, 20/20, Clear Creek and Larson Financial and he spends half his days bashing other firms, . *** Codron has shut down several companies like Quantum Financial and was sued by one of his former employees for sexual harrassment and discrimination:.
He then hires an tax return preparer named Stephen Jeffers at the Tax Resolution Center who never could pass the CPA exam?. Now Stephen is responsible for two of the four service related complaints at TRC the Tax Resolution Center. He blew up deals so that he would be transferred to sales.
Since he failed at doing tax returns they put him in sales now and like his fat *** supervisor spends all day bashing other companies.
If you like to work with unaccredited lawyers, pay upgraded fees and talk to people drinking coffee from toilet water then go with TRC, Omni, Clear Creek, 20/20 Stephen Jeffers at the Tax Resolution Center.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

They keep calling, and calling, and calling, and calling. I have asked to have them remove me from their auto calls as I do not have a problem with the IRS. So when the secretary hung up on me today for asking AGAIN to be removed...I decided to file a formal complaint with the States Attorney and FTC. I have a law degree and I am not afraid to use it. Should have just removed my number.
I was duped as a client of TRC. I paid them good money to represent me with a tax issue. I went through 5..that's right...5 different attorneys because nobody stays to work there. They addressed about 50% of the IRS problem but neglected to address a major issue we knew about. That's because they tell you everything is ok, but another attorney left and your file is just sitting there until the IRS files a lien against you. Then you call and find out that Kip is the only person left and appears to be swamped with cases because he can't keep anyone on staff. So now I'm left alone trying to fight the IRS when TRC was supposed to do it for me. I should have used a local attorney. Their website is down and they don't answer emails. If you call, Kip swears he will call you back or get the file settled. I'm filing a complaint with the Colorado Bar.
I am the only William Hendrex Dick or Kip know and I did not post this comment. Whoever posted this does not know how to spell my name. I have nothing of interest to say about this organization. I have never had serious issues with neither the owner nor the manager.
This complaint and the other negative posts against Dick Codron and others have been filed by this disgruntled ex-employee who quit in order to avoid being fired for dishonest and possibly fraudulent acts.
We have ignored his past postings in which he has hidden behind the names of past employees in order to make outrageous statements and lies against current and past employees. We presumed that Leo would move on with his life and his childish and mean actions would stop, unfortunately we were wrong.
We have spoken with two other past employers and they have stated Leo directed his anger towards them after he had left their employment. We are currently looking at our legal options to address this matter and hope that it can be resolved quickly.
We believe that if you contact us and our references and look at our BBB record you will find that we are only guilty of making a bad hiring choice.
