Tatham Wilkes review: Bad service

I fell behind on school fees and they were handed over to tatham wilkes. An amount of about 12000 turned to 18000. I made an arrangement to pay them 1000 every month. On the 7th month I got a call from them telling me I owe them 19000. Till now no one has gotten back to me regarding the money I have been paying them all along
