Tate Brothers Tire and Auto review: Service

On 10/03/2022 I had my car's front end aligned by Tate Brothers Tire and Auto in Millington, Tn. I called and set up an appointment and asked what the cost would be. I was told it would be 130.00 dollars if the shims had to be adjusted. After paying 179.00 dollars plus 17.45 in taxes, I drove my car down the street and found it no better than it was when I took it to them. I went back twice that morning to get it fixed. After explaining the problem with the alignment to the manager, he said he didn't build the car, as if the manufacturer (GM) built the bad driving effect in the car at the factory. He acted hostile toward me so I just left. I tried to call him today but I could not reach him. I was told he was out test-driving a car, and that was after I gave my name to the clerk. I am waiting for a callback — yeah.
