Tar Rock And Roll Chipseal Paving review: Sealing of our home asphalt driveway

Hired to seal our driveway with oil and stone. Thought they would use a chip stone, intead they used peastone(round stone) and now I have a prior blacktop driveway that is now a loose stone driveway. Made numerous calls the the forman and he never returns our call. We left a voicemail message. He called and said he would come to our home on certain date and never showed. My wife calls his number from a different number and he answers saying he is now in Virgina and his mother is sick. Said that he would refund us our money by sending a money order. No money yet. Says he is not a scammer.
