Tamara Paltrow review: Unethical business practice

We are a large multinational translation and globalization company. We hire contractors from around the world to perform translations, interpreting and globalization projects. Tamara Paltrow is an Italian translator. As a contractor she is given access to our project management portal, and as a result see other confidential project details within the Italian project category from around the world. Tamara Paltrow is her maiden name and her married name is Tamara Zwerdling. She also is the president of Foreign Translations and her husband is Ken Zwerdling, the CEO. Our investigation identified that they regularly accessed our portal via internet from an IP located from their Foreign Translations office. She did not identify her dual role during interview and it was clear Foreign Translations accessed our portal for inappropriate reasons. If you are a translator manager, translator recruiter, vendor manager, or some who hires translators for your company - beware of these people's duplicity and unethical behavior.
