Tacoma Animal Hospital review: I would like the automatic monthly withdrawals from our bank account to stop since we can't get response or service.

We took our puppy to Tacoma Animal Hospital in September 2022, because we were told when we bought him that we must take him to the vet within three days, and they were the only place in town that took same-day appts. Right away they hard-sold their plan to pay a set amount per month for free visits when needed. We have paid them $48 a month since September and have only seen the actual vet for about two minutes. They say that you should text them and they'll let you know when to bring your pet in, and you get an automatic reply saying they'll get back to you, but they don't. If you phone them, you get a recording saying to text them. And they have my credit card number on file so they continue to bill me automatically each month and we can't get our puppy in when needed.
