they tried to rip off my mom by makin her sign a paper for work that was 3 times more expensive than it should have been. it aint right to take advantage of old people like that. dont go to them.

T. Webber Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning & Drains is the real deal! They sent over two guys, *** and ***, to check out our water softening system and they were right on time. These dudes were super cool and knew what they were doing. They finished up in about an hour or something like that. T. Webber, you guys rock! Our system passed with flying colors. Thanks a bunch!

T. Webber's Total Care Club is a rip-off! They oversell their service and can't give Priority Scheduling and 24/7 Emergency Service like they say they can. When our generator broke down during the last storm, they said it would take more than a week to get someone to fix it. That's not what we paid for. We called another Generac certified technician who helped us over the phone and our generator was working again in just 10 minutes. T. Webber doesn't even deserve 1 star.

I don't recommend them. I took them up on a heating tune up "special" for around $100 (which is the price my normal company charges), and the only thing the technician did was come up with bogus problems so that he could potentially charge me over $2000 to "fix" these things. I was very suspicious, so I called the company I usually use, and they did what they were supposed to - they checked out the unit, bled the system, etc. and confirmed that T. Webber was just trying to rip me off. I will never use T. Webber again for anything!

T. Webber came to my rental house to hook up a ground wire for the pool pump. They said they needed to do a lot of work, like getting a new electrical panel, which would cost over $7,000. They told the renter all about it, and now the renter thinks it's all necessary. But I'm the owner, so they should be talking to me, not the renter. They always try to make the bill bigger, like charging $1000 to hang a ceiling fan that was already bought. I've called to talk to a service manager, but they haven't called me back. I'm really unhappy with how they do business.

This company is not good at all. They look good on the outside with their new trucks and guys in uniform, but they don't actually fix anything. They just want you to sign a contract and charge you a lot of money. We had a leak in our house and called them right away. They couldn't come right away and when they did, they said it would cost $10,000 to fix it. We paid half and waited for them to come back. When they did, they tore up our shower and bathtub, but found no leak. They didn't even check if there was a leak before they started. Now they have to spend 2 more days fixing it and charged us $600 just to tear up a small section of tiles. This is not a good company to use.

T. Webber came to fix my septic line on July 16th. I paid them $6,000 for the job. But in March 2022, I started having problems with my septic backing up. I got it cleaned, but it kept backing up and making my property muddy and soft. Another company came and found out that T. Webber had botched the job. They had installed only two laterals and the distribution box was inoperable. I called the health department, and they rejected T. Webber's work. The company that found the errors gave me a list of all the issues. I called T. Webber, and they said they would come to check the work for a fee. They are due back on June 14th. This business is a fraud and out to get people for their money. I would not recommend them in any way. They did a job they were not approved to do, and now I will have to spend thousands of dollars to fix my septic. They have cost me mentally, emotionally, and financially.

We were really disappointed with T. Webber Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning & Drains. They gave us a quote to fix a problem, but when the first plumber couldn't fix it, they sent a new one. The new plumber said the first one didn't know what he was talking about and gave us a new quote for a new issue that was twice the cost of the original quote. We had already paid for the first quote, but they said it wasn't their problem. It was frustrating and we wouldn't recommend them.

T. Webber Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning & Drains sold me a hot water heater that was faulty. It had a crack on the inside and I noticed it. I contacted the company and they agreed to replace the heater, but they want to charge me again for the installation. I already paid for the first installation, which was damaged. The heater is leaking and causing water damage to my property. I have tried everything, but nothing has been resolved.
