My car was having problems starting with my alternator needed to get looked after it I didn't like the idea of going to a Toyota dealer so I went to a smaller local auto shop and was advice to replace it, (which was not cheap to say the least).TOOK them 4 days to fix it I got my car back, and long and behold my car was having the same problem. So I bring it back to service cent re there was Indian guy couldn't give me any explanation and started changing stories, so decided to go Toyota dealer and was informed alternator had nothing to do with the problem they diagnosed the problem completely wrong on first place I am furious!

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

hi your vehicle at the time of repairs was a faulty alternator so we replaced the faulty alternator recheck
charging system was tested all ok charging correctly /////
HI YOUR CAR WAS CHECKED FIXED AS THE ALTERNATOR WAS REPLACEDRECHECKED CHARGING SYSTEM TESTED
AND CHARGING ALL OK
