There was an automatic withdrawal error on my Amazon account in the amount of $1112.93. The correct amount should have been $150.00. I notified the bank on 11/02/2022 which is when the error occurred on my bank account. I was advised that the payment could not be reversed, which I do not believe that in 2022 it cannot be done. So, I was advised that I would receive a check in the mail. I called today 11/11/2022 and found out that the payment had been cancelled but the check had not been issued. I was advised that it would take up to 15 business days to receive a check. This is unacceptable to me.
