On 03-19-2012, I contacted your store in Winchester, Va @ [protected], the Mgr. there was polite/helpful. He gave me the Ph# [protected] to contact about Manuf. info. so, I could get a replacement (Glass plate) for a Sylvania microwave turntable, Model #WP1000AP30-3, Serial #GAL0510002277, this info was provided to the lady whom answered, she put me on hold, got back on gave me a phone # that ended up going to a real estate agent in Alamba. I then called back started getting a run around so, I had my wife speak with the same lady previously spoken with, she then told wife she couldn't help us and hung up so, I called back got the same lady and asked to speak to her mgr. finally she put me on hold, sometime later another lady got on the phone, identified herself as being supervisor, she asked about my complaint then ask my name, etc., then stated there was no record of my previous calls, she then asked for the same info already provided (Model #, Serial and UPC#) which, I had the wife read off microwave, the wife then gave me the phone back, then the person, I was speaking then started saying she couldn't find the info without the model #, I then told her she had been given the same info as the initial person and she could find it, the alleged supervisor then stated again there's no record of previous calls, I mentioned the number the previous lady gave me, the alleged supervisor then stated "She gave you another supplier's number", I then stated "I thought you said there wasn't any records of previous calls", she became silent, I then asked for higher corporate contact info., she stated "This is the corporate Office there isn't anyone higher up" Does your company actually employee and condone such employees and actions, because if you do then the public needs to be made aware of such.

I get that kind of service in at least 95% of any support service calls, and 99% of the time its a black person on the other end of the line.
I dont believe in evolution, but sometimes when I have to talk to these individuals, it makes me think twice.
I'm not being harsh, but somehow its just to hard to train these folks, as they come into a company with chips on their shoulders. bad thing is you white folk leave them to their demise and they get ahead, or to be politically correct, you promote them to positions like this guy had to deal with (a supervisor). Given this is sembalance of geographical exceptions like washington or detroit, where the work force is predominantly african american, than that is a natural occurrence, otherwise while affirmative action is alive, we will all have to endure this kind of service. Than again you can just choose to buy a new one and donate your old one to a worthy charity.
