Swansboro Elementary School review: Driving Traffic 1

Apparently there is a special driving school you have to attend to drive into this school; there is only one stop sign that no one follows but one parent decides to make a stop sign where there is none and then proceeds to let the entire parking lot empty out so that the rest of us who arrived on time are now late and stuck out on 24, at a green light, waiting to get into a, now, empty parking lot. This is a traffic violation and a real hazard for us all. The one sheriff who is assigned to the school stands up front with the rest of the staff or sits in his car. No one is directing traffic, no one is helping this flow smoothly.

I plan on using my footage to sue the parent and the school when I get hit.
