Sustainable Energy Systems LLC review: Solar panels

The company name is Sustainable Energy systems LLC located in Frederick, Maryland 21704. I purchased/started the process back in May/June of 2022. It was hiccups in the beginning that should have been red flags, but we went through the installation process. After the panels was installed there was no follow up with the system. I get less than 20% of productivity from the panels. No one is every available to speak with and explain what’s going on. I have emailed, called by phone and left voicemails. None every get answered.
