Survey Junkie/Virtual Reward Center review: Payments not received rip off

I have 3 rewards that they refuse to pay me:

I have called the numerous [protected]) times to get this issue resolved, and to no avail. Each time I try to retrieve the rewards, their system would have issues. I started calling about this issue from 9/25,9/225,10,17,10/31,11.2, and calls in between, all an (a few of them) all I called 12 times, only to be told they are working on the issue, and try using another location, which I did (the town library) was told to use a different browser, which I did, was told to use a Wi-Fi, which I did only to have the same issue. Somehow, maybe I can make them aware of what's going on with this company I don't know where else to go with this issue other them the news, maybe the news can bring this to people's attention, that this is a life SCAM. I was also told to report them to the FTC or the IC3 and the BBB. I will reach out to all including the State Attorney General. I will call the USIS

I am face like so many others that have the same issue with their NON PAYMENT. They refuse to pay for the surveys we do, but continues to send surveys our way, they keep telling us that they are working on the system to get the issue resolve, meanwhile our rewards are expiring within the 90 day range so we lose the money we worked for. Please help me, I'm a senior citizen and this little money helps me with food. Please help look into what Survey Junkie is doing to make their money off the work that we do, please help. They also keep saying their system is having problems and wait 24 hr for resolution and someone will call you, but this never happens, so I keep calling back for days, sometime weeks, and always told the same thing.
