I placed an order last night with PC Express and never realized that pickup was for Wednesday and I needed the order today because we were out of toilet paper. I called PC Express to say I made the mistake of setting the pickup day was for Wednesday and I needed my order today December 5th. The lady said sure, what time will you be coming in. I said I can be there at 3:00 pm. She said that would be fine, see you then. They even called me [protected] at 1:58 pm today to make sure I was coming in and I said I will be there. I said I'll be coming in by taxi and asked if I could call in ahead of time to get my order, she said that would be fine. So I called in at 3:09 pm to say that I'm coming by taxi now, I'll be there within 2 or 3 minutes. The new worker said she couldn't find my order. That's when I got mad, I said I called in this morning to ask if it was ok for me to come in and she said yes. Once I arrived by taxi still waiting for my stuff, the worker came out and she said that we can't give you your order today. So I said I'll cancel my order.
Claimed loss: taking a taxi to superstore cost me 63.80 and I spent 61.93 with pc express, money I would like to get back.
Desired outcome: That all workers know the same info so there is no mixup like this again. But preferrably like to see that customers can change their own day and time when purchasing things on pc express.

I also would like my money back, I attached a copy of my purchase with pcexpress. There is a copy of my receipt for my taxi I took to Superstore in Campbell River, BC.
