Superblue Miami review: I would like for this behavior to stop, and for this person to be investigated.

4/12/21 - He told me he wants me to be here all day so he can go play with he's kids.

08/28/21 - Asked me to do a job, Job was done on my behalf, 2 days later, screaming at me, saying why didn't i do my job, when in fact i did. When i show him the job completed, he turns he back on me and ignores me.

11/23/21 - Employee has a problem, when they approach this individual (GM) he is constantly on he's phone, ignoring he's staff and turns his back to them, this has happened more then 15 times.

01/11/22 - I made a small mistake, and after he begins to laugh at me and make fun of me.

My having problems with my boss. Mis treating me at times, very aggressive as well. Disrespecting when no one is around. Many times has called me names and beginning to diminish to work. Never appreciates or acknowledges my work and has never said at least a good job. For over 5 months, i continue to put in my hours which are 35 to 40 hours, and i have full documentation and proof that he only comes in 12 to 14 hours a week. He is never here, and never knowing what's happening on site, which makes our job extremely hard.

I work extremely hard and have done everything my bosses have asked me for and more. Also, after all the effort and hard work, he still continues to belittle me.
