Waited longer than usual... Eventually contacted them...
Every response from the support group was apologising for inconvenience and delay...
Eventually and only because I reached out again... I was told about a system problem the previous day and no payments are being processed until further notice...
I was not pleased with that because as you Will see in my screenshots I made withdrawals the previous day..
I was also not informed about any system crash or technical problems inbetween or after withdrawals.. Everything went according normal procedure... I got no response from Supabets.. No acknowledgement to dissatisfied customer.. NOTHING
The Silence continued email after email..
With no hope of of getting a response from them...23/01/2023 I called customer service...
Spoke to a gentleman and explained my issue from A-Z
The agent on the line politely informed me that the free spins was given to me in ERROR and I would unfortunately not receive any payout...
I was speechless and in total shock...
I recall confirming with him if he Just told me what I thought he did and again politely answerd yes Mam the payment won't reach you because the winnings was from spins given to you in error...
Seconds after processing this information... My call cut out... I tried countless times redialing but Failed to speak to any other agents...
Again I proceeded to send emails and up until this moment... I have not once heard from anyone at Supabets with regards to this matter...
I took the step to contact the gambling Board... giving them all the information..
I have also not heard back from them... just atomated reply with acknowledgment that they have received my query and will contact in 224hrs
No word till now...
I honestly cannot believe the treatment I received from them... I would never have known about spins in error If I did not call them...
All I got and get from Supabets is silence...
No remorse
Im beyond disappointed and angry...
