Supabets review: Missing funds

Hi good day username is Denwyn77 – please refer to the attached transactions.
On the 30th of January 2023 at 01:02 I had a balance of R51,595.06 playing an AGT game Dreamcatcher and suddenly the game,
Closed showing “game error close”.
When I returned to the AGT game Dreamcatcher my balance was R95.06.
The amount deducted was R51,500.00 exactly I did not play out these funds as your incompetent operator advised me.
Evens the transcation list does not make any kind of sence. I have logged this query numerous times and is very irate at this moment
As no funds has been reversed to my account.
I have copied all my transaction incase you guys decide to wipe the history as you did with previous players
On the 3th of March 2023 I contacted supabets again I spoke to one of the call centre agents and explain to him what happened then that very same day he phoned me back to tell me my money is in my account is in my supernumbers account he afterwards told me that he is just gonna query something and that I should stay on the line which I did upon till today I'm still waiting
On the 6th I phoned again just to hear that I played my money out which I didn't they insist I played it out
