My system was down from may 11th 2025.
After numerous calls finally on oct 8th 2025 I was told the problem was repaired.
In septemter I was billed $103.00 for a system that was not working. I talked to billing had my automatic payment discontinued. This being dec.13th a repair person has been here twice in the past 2 week, he told my system is up and running. I dont have a bill I cant reach a person to discuss this matter not to mention the very high electric bills I had to pay thoughout the summer. I have callwed both sunnova and suntrong and cannot reach anyone also I cannot get into myb sunnova account thoughthe app! I d like my account to be put back on automatic payment if my system is properly running.
I am 10 years into a 25 year contract that I feel is being breached!
